1. If your site is hosted outside China might be blocked by GFW for NO reasons.
2. If your site is hosted inside China, it is must to apply for an ICP license. Hosting website inside China without ICP license is unlawful. This is where you apply for the license http://www.miibeian.gov.cn/
3. Google is not the most popular search engine in China, www.Baidu.com is.
4. Many hosting companies in China offer live support, but it is always implemented through QQ (an instant chatting software). If you want to talk with support staff, you’d better download a copy at http://www.qq.com/
5. Very few Chinese hosting companies offer English speaking support, you can get Englihs speaking support at http://www.eblhost.cn/enwh.html
